Muscat: The latest analysis by the National Multi Hazards Early Warning Center indicates that the potential impacts due to the tropical depression have ended, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) said.
"The current forecast maps show the concentration of the depression in the northern Arabian Sea, off the Pakistani coast, with the continued chances of sporadic rain. The sea continues with medium waves on the coasts of the Sea of Oman and reached its maximum height of two meters, and raging waves on the coasts of the Arabian Sea and its maximum height reaches 4 meters."
The authority appreciates the efforts made by the National Committee for the Management of Emergency Cases and Other Sectors and the citizens' response to the reports issued by it," the statement added.
