Critically ill expat airlifted from Musandam to Muscat

Khasab: An expat who was in a critical condition was airlifted by a Royal Air Force of Oman chopper from Musandam to Muscat to receive treatment.

A statement from the Moral Guidance Department of the Ministry of Defence said, “Within the framework of its humanitarian services and efforts provided by the Sultan’s Armed Forces, one of the helicopters of the Royal Air Force of Oman conducted a medical evacuation of an expatriate who was suffering from critical illness.

“He was transferred from Khasab Hospital in the Governorate of Musandam to Wilayat Muscat to receive the necessary treatment,” added the ministry.
