All governorates will be closed from July 25: Royal Oman Police

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced that along with Sultan’s Armed Forces, it will close all governorates from July 25.

In a statement issued ROP said: “In the light of the decisions made the Supreme Committee for tackling the COVID-19 pandemic , the Royal Oman Police announces total lockdown amongst the Sultanate’s Governorates in coorperation with the Sultan’s Armed Forces starting from July 25 until Saturday, August 8,” ROP said.

“All movement will be prevented across all Wilayats of the Sultanate between 7pm and 6am , all forms of movement by individuals will not be permitted,” ROP added.
