Fire at house in Seeb brought under control

Muscat: Firefighting teams managed to bring under control a house fire in the wilayat of Seeb.

The Public Authority of Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) said: "Firefighting teams at PACDA Administration in Muscat Governorate managed to extinguish a fire that broke out at a house in the southern Al Mabilah area in the wilayat of Seeb. They prevented it from spreading to neighbouring facilities and homes without recording any injuries."

The authority calls on citizens and residents to take care and caution when dealing with electrical devices, carry out maintenance only by certified technicians and to close the gas cylinder valve upon completion of cooking and when leaving the house.
