Omani cartoon “Tawasel” has been named Best Animated Series of 2018 at the Cairo International Animation Forum 2019.
According to Cann Studio, which produced the cartoon series, ‘Tawasel’ has won from among more than 121 animated cartoons.
It gained the Best Animated Series award and the Best Script Award.
“Tawasel is the only series to win more than one award at the forum, and the series is an Omani animated cartoon and was shown for two seasons during Ramadan on Oman TV." - Cann Studio
