Special stamp released to mark 40th anniversary of Oman-China ties

The Foreign Ministry has launched a postal stamp to mark the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Sultanate and the People's Republic of China.

It documented the historic journey of Sinbad from Sohar Port to the Chinese city of Guangzhou.

"The Foreign Ministry officially inaugurates the postal stamp issued by Oman Post on the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Sultanate and the People's Republic of China." - Oman News Agency.

The stamp highlights the Great Wall of China, one of the famous historical monuments in China, and one of the Omani forts.
