Two arrested in Oman for smuggling

Muscat: Two people have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), for smuggling alcoholic substances.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "Coast Guard police boats in Musandam governorate arrested two persons of Asian nationality on charges of smuggling a large group of alcoholic substances. The legal procedures are being completed against them."
