Hospital in Oman makes urgent call for blood donation

Muscat: Jalan Bani Bu Ali Hospital has asked citizens and residents in the country to come forward and donate blood.

The hospital said in an online statement: "Due to the decrease in the number of blood donors during the past period, the blood bank at Jalan Bani Buali Hospital directs this appeal to the holders of O- and A- blood types, the need to donate blood today and tomorrow, as we have a severe shortage of blood groups mentioned."
