Muscat: A new residential-commercial complex in Mawaleh area will be officially launched soon.
Called Orchid Al Mawaleh, it will have commercial as well as residential units for Omanis, and will be ready by 2020. Rezone Properties has been appointed the exclusive marketer for Orchid.
The project, which is located in a key area in Mawaleh, has about 30 units of different sizes, with distinctive designs that focus on the exploitation of spaces and the arrangement of facilities in each unit, making it compatible with those who are looking for suitable housing.
The design of the complex provides wide corridors and a range of elevators to ensure the comfort of residents.
Nabil bin Abdul Moneim Sulaiman, CEO of Rezone Real Estate said during a press conference held on Sunday, “Orchid Mawaleh is the second project for Orchid brand after the company marketed the Orchid Authaibah project in 2018, which will be delivered in the coming months.”
He added, “The new project includes residential units in different areas in addition to commercial units serving the residents and those of the surrounding areas as well”
He explained that the real estate company will be marketing and managing the project. The Orchid Mawaleh has been carefully integrated with modern designs and integral services to ensure a modern lifestyle, he said noting that Orchid is one of the signs that has become widely recognised in the real estate market.

Construction work will begin this month and the project will take nearly 21 months to be completed.
