Over 18,000 bottles of alcohol seized in Oman

Muscat: The General Administration of Customs has raided two sites used by expatriate workers to store and sell alcoholic beverages.

A statement issued online by Oman Customs said, "The General Administration of Customs, in cooperation with a number of formations of the Royal Oman Police, managed to raid two sites used by expatriate workers to store and sell alcoholic beverages and seized more than 18,000 bottles."
