Do not use Oman's emblem without approval: Government

Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion has asked commercial enterprises to obtain a prior license to use the emblem of the Sultanate on products.

In a notification, the Ministry said, "The Ministry has noticed that some commercial establishments and companies are using Oman's emblem of a Crown and Dagger on various commercial products without obtaining a license ahead of the 50th National Day."

"The Ministry calls on all commercial establishments and companies to obtain a prior license when using this emblem on commercial products, " the ministry added.
