His Majesty sends cable of congratulations to President of Nepal

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Bidhya Devi Bhandari of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal on her country's Constitution Day. 

In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan wished the president good health and happiness and her country's people further progress and prosperity.
