Tunisian President receives credentials of Omani envoy

Tunis: President Kais Saied of the Republic of Tunisia received at Carthage Palace on Thursday credentials of Yahya bin Mossa Al  Bakri, the ambassador of the Sultanate to Tunisia in the presence of Othman Jerandi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad.
During the meeting, the Sultanate’s ambassador conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik along with best wishes of good health and wellbeing to President Saied, and the Tunisian people permanent progress and prosperity.
Boost ties
The Sultanate’s ambassador expressed his pride to present his credentials to President Saied. He stressed to exert his utmost efforts to promote the relations between the Sultanate and the Republic of Tunisia in various spheres to serve the joint interests of the two countries’ brotherly peoples.
On his turn, President Saied asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty and the Omani people continuous progress and growth. President Saied affirmed to the ambassador to receive all support from him and the Tunisian Government to facilitate his work.
