Leaving children unsupervised in vehicle an offense: ROP

Muscat: Leaving children alone in the vehicle with the engine running or the ignition key inside, is a traffic offense, the Royal Oman Police said.

The Public Department of Traffic at ROP said: "Don't leave your children alone inside the car without supervision, because they may be exposed to injury by the vehicle parts and may be exposed to serious injury due to extreme heat or extreme cold."
