Two arrested for setting vehicle on fire

Muscat: Two individuals have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) on the charge of intentionally setting fire to a vehicle in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

A statement issued online by ROP said, "South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrested two people for intentionally setting fire to a vehicle."

"The Royal Oman Police warns against carrying out these acts and calls for immediate reporting in the event of exposure to such crimes or suspicion of them by calling the emergency phone 9999 or going to the nearest police station," the statement added.
