Muscat: The Ministry of Health has registered 692 new coronavirus cases and 23 deaths in Oman on Sunday.
The total cases in the country has now touched 87,072, including 82,406 recoveries and 728 deaths, according to MOH.
In the past 24 hours, 578 recoveries were reported.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
