Urgent appeal made for blood donations in Oman

Muscat: The Blood Bank at Sohar Hospital has appealed to all to donate blood urgently.

A statement issued online by the Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS), said: "Due to the decrease in the number of blood donors during the past days, the Blood Bank at Sohar Hospital calls on you to take the initiative to donate."

"Book an appointment to donate blood at the Blood Bank of Sohar Hospital by calling 79900799," the statement added.
