One arrested for crossing wadis on foot

Muscat: An Asian expat has been arrested in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate on charges of taking the risk to cross wadis on foot.

A statement issued online by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said, ”North Al Sharqiya Police Command stops an Asian expat in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi on charges of taking the risk to cross wadis on foot, which led to him being swept away and endangering his life and the lives of others. Legal measures have been taken against him.”
