His Majesty congratulates President of Afghanistan

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik sent a telegram of congratulations to His Excellency President Dr. Ashraf Ghani, of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.

In his telegram, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Ashraf Ghani and his country's friendly people.
