HM congratulates Chad President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulatory wishes to President Idriss Déby of the Republic of Chad on the occasion of the country's national day. 

In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Idriss Déby and his country's friendly people.
