HM sends cable of congratulations to President Ouattara

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulatory wishes to His Excellency President Dr. Alassane Dramane Ouattara of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire on the occasion of the country's national day. 

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Dr. Alassane Dramane Ouattara and the country's friendly people.
