In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes of good health and happiness to King Philippe and the Belgian people further progress and prosperity.
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a cable of thanks from Emperor Naruhito of Japan, in reply to his Majesty's congratulatory cable to him on his country's National Day.
In his cable, Emperor Naruhito expressed his utmost thanks for His Majesty the Sultan's sincere congratulations, wishing His Majesty good health and happiness and the Omani people further progress and growth.
