OMR100 fine for not wearing face mask in public places

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police has hiked the fine from OMR20 to OMR100 for not wearing a face mask in public places. Lt Gen Hasan bin Mohsin Al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, issued a decision no. 2020/194 amending some provisions of the decison no. 2020/151 regarding regulations for dealing with the violators of the directives of the Supreme Committee on COVID-19.
