Muscat: The Ministry of Health has registered 1072 new coronavirus cases in Oman on Sunday.
Among those, 273 new cases were of expats and 799 of Omanis.
The total cases in the country has now touched 46,178, including 27,917 recoveries and 213 deaths, according to MOH.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
