Rules to be followed while visiting service centres in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced safety requirements for the Service Centers visitors once they start on July 1.

A statement issued online by the ROP said:

Safety requirements that must be followed for Service Centers visitors from 1st July:

1- Masks and hand gloves necessary until the completion of the transaction and exit from the service building.

2- Physical spacing of at least two metres during the waiting period for the completion of the transaction.

3- People will not be allowed to enter unless they abide by the requirements.

4- Violations will be recorded for non-compliance.

"Using electronic services reduces the rate of infection with COVID-19 and you can also avoid waiting," the statement said.
