The most number of visitors to Oman came from these 5 countries

Muscat: Oman's highest numbers of visitors from outside the GCC come from India, new data has revealed.

More than three million visitors arrived in the Sultanate in 2018 with most of them coming from the GCC and India, the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) announced.

The last data issued by NCSI said, "Until December 2018, 3.2 million visitors arrivals were registered in the Sultanate and the top five nationalities in order are GCC, Indian, British, German, and Pakistani."

GCC visitors came at the top of the list with the total number of visitors exceeding 1,400,000 followed by Indians, with 358,682 visitors, 151,271 visitors from the UK, 146,488 from Germany, and 90,824 Pakistanis.
