His Majesty sends condolences to Kuwait, greetings to Iceland

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait on the death of Sheikha Haya Abdullah Al Ali Al Malik al-Sabah.In his cables, His Majesty expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to Sheikh Sabah, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the bereaved's soul in peace and grant her family patience.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Gudni Th. Johannesson of the Republic of Iceland, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes of good health and happiness to President Johannesson and the friendly Icelandic people further progress and prosperity.
