ROP conducts rescue operation

Muscat: Police Aviation has conducted a rescue operation of a citizen who had fallen from the top of a mountain, Royal Oman Police (ROP) said.

A statement issued online by ROP, "Police aviation performed a rescue operation for a citizen in critical condition after he falling from the top of a mountain in Wilayat of Samail. He has transported to Khawla Hospital."

"The Rop calls on everyone to take caution and follow safety guidelines during mountain climbing," the statement added
