Water bottling plant caught falsifying manufacturing date

Muscat: The Public Authority of Consumer Protection has referred a water bottling factory to court after noticing discrepancies in the expiry dates printed on cans.

The PACP said in a statement that the matter was brought to the attention of judicial authorities after it was noticed that the company was selling water cans with production dates different from each other as well as that printed on the boxes in which they were packed.
