MSM index ends marginally lower

Muscat: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) lost 3.46 points, comprising a decline by 0.100 per cent to close at 3,465.81 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 3,469.27 points.
The trading value stood at OMR432,072, comprising a decline by 58.18 per cent compared to the last session, which stood at OMR1,033,084.
The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value declined by 0.063 per cent to reach about OMR18.16 billion.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached OMR147,000, comprising 33.95 per cent. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR247,000, comprising 57.22 per cent. The net non-Omani investment declined by 23.27 per cent to OMR101,000.
