Expats arrested in Oman for violations

Muscat: The Al Masnaah Municipality has arrested expatriate workers who were sewing clothes inside two different houses, in contravention of the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with the coronavirus.

A statement issued online by Government Communication Center (GC) , said: "In coordination with Royal Oman Police (ROP), Al Masnaah Municipality has raided sewing workshops located in two different houses."

"Tools and devices were seized and legal measures were taken against the violators," the statement added.
