Muscat: Al Masnaah Municipality has arrested expatriate workers who were sewing clothes inside a house, in contravention of the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with the coronavirus.
A statement issued online by Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources said: "In coordination with Royal Oman Police (ROP), Al Masnaah Municipality has raided a sewing workshop located in a house."
"Tools and devices were seized and legal measures were taken against the violators," the statement added.
