MSM index ends higher

Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) gained 11.23 points, comprising a rise by 0.320 per cent to close at 3,524.52 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 3,513.29 points.
The trading value stood at OMR1,547,08), comprising an increase by 105.8 per cent compared to the last session, which stood at OMR751,595.
The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value rose by 0.104 per cent to reach about OMR18.21 billion.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached OMR556,000), comprising 35.95 per cent. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR390,000), comprising 25.22 per cent. The net non-Omani investment rose by 10.73 per cent to OMR166,000.
