Inspectors confiscated food items deemed unfit for consumption

Muscat: The inspectors in Food Safety and Quality Department in Dhofar Governorate have confiscated foods that are not fit for human consumption.

A statement issued online by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources said: "The inspectors, in cooperation with Royal Oman Police and Dhofar Municipality have destroyed and confiscated foods that are not fit for human consumption due to poor storage and offered it in unhealthy locations."
