Field campaign to examine expat restaurant workers in Muscat

Muscat: Muscat Municipality has implemented a campaign to examine expatriate workers in restaurants and fast food cafes, to ensure that they are healthy and that customers also remain healthy. The field campaign comes in light of the spread of the novel coronavirus.

A statement issued online by the municipality said: "Muscat Municipality has implemented a field campaign to examine expatriate workers in restaurants and fast food cafes by using a thermal inspection device and during the visits, guidance was given to emphasise the importance of personal care and and hand washing."
