The Ministry of Health (MoH) on Thursday announced the registration of 102 new coronavirus cases in the country.
33 of the new cases are Omani nationals and 69 for non-Omanis, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases registered in the Sultanate to 1716.
According to the MoH, this number also includes the recovery of 307 patients and eight deaths.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the supreme Committee and the MoH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
