Covid-19: One person transmitted infection to 5 members of his family, says MOH Official

In an interview with Oman TV on Tuesday, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health said the following:

1- We are still monitoring contact with the community and there are examples that one person transmitted the infection to 5 members of his family.

2- We have started the procedures for epidemiological investigation in Muttrah and the possibility of applying comprehensive examination provided if supplies are available.

3- It does not seem to me scientifically that the Coronavirus is a human product.

4- We are facing a shortage of some medical supplies to deal with corona and we are trying to secure what is needed.

5- We are still looking for more qualitative contributions to the fund, as a national responsibility in these exceptional circumstances.
