Coronavirus: Hotels in Oman provide over 4,000 rooms to health ministry

Muscat: Over 90 hotel establishments in the Sultanate have come forward to provide 4,445 hotel rooms, to be under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, for housing foreign scholarship students.

The Ministry of Tourism said in a statement, "The Ministry of Tourism appreciates the initiative of 94 hotel establishments of providing 4,445 hotel rooms to be under the supervision of the Ministry of Health.”

“The Ministry thanks and appreciates the owners of these establishments for performing this national duty,” the statement added.
