Two shops in Oman fined, shut for violations

Muscat: Muscat Municipality has raided and shut two stores in Muscat Governorate.

A statement issued by Muscat Municipality said: “Muscat Municipality, in Al Seeb, inspected 98 women's hairdressing stores and salons to ensure their commitment to closing as per the rules.”

“The Municipality shut two of the stores and they were asked to pay OMR 300 as an administrative fine.”

“This comes in connection to enforcing the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19."
