Public health workers in Oman to be fined for lack of personal hygiene

Muscat: People who do not adhere to personal hygiene practices at the workplace will be fined OMR 20, the Muscat Municipality has announced.

In a statement, the municipality said, "According to the law, Muscat Municipality affirms the necessity for workers in activities related to public health to adhere to personal hygiene and attention to work sites, in order to avoid violating rules and to prevent the causes of the spread of COVID-19."
