PACP recovers over OMR 2,000 for consumers in Oman

Muscat: The Consumer Protection Department in South Al Batinah governorate in Rustaq recently managed to recover OMR 2,050 for consumers.

According to the Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP), “The administration managed to recover an amount of OMR 1,650 for the benefit of two consumers after they filed a complaint against two institutions.”

“The administration was also able to return an amount of OMR 400 to a consumer due to the delivery of a commodity that does not carry the agreed specifications,” the statement added.
