Oman weather: Fog alert issued in Oman

Muscat: There will be reduced visibility due to fog formation with temperatures varying from 8 degrees in Saiq to 28 degrees in Haima.

Temperatures will be 24 degrees in Muscat, 25 degrees in Suhar, Sur, and Masira, 26 degrees in Khasab, and Salalah, 27 degrees in Buraimi, Ibri, Nizwa, Ibra, and Rustaq.

According to Oman Meteorology Department, “Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with chance of late night to early morning low level clouds along parts of the coastal areas of Arabian Sea."

“Wind will be southeasterly light to moderate over most of the Sultanate while it will be northeasterly light to moderate along Oman Sea coasts.” They added.
