A ministerial decision issued by His Excellency Abdullah bin Nasser Al Bakri the Minister of Manpower said,
“Based on the Labour Laws issued by Royal Decree No. 35/2003, and Royal Decree No. 76/2004 defining the powers of the Ministry of Manpower, and adopting its organisational structure and based on what is required by the public interest." - Ministry of Manpower
The first article states that the following professions shall be practiced in the private sector companies for Omanis:
1. Sales representative /sales promoter. 2. A purchases representative.
