Some parts of Oman to receive rain

Muscat: The flow of clouds over parts of the northern governorates of the Sultanate, could result in rains over Musandam Governorate with temperatures varying between 4 degrees Celsius in Saiq, to 28 degrees in Haima.

The temperature will be 23 degrees in Khasab, 24 degrees in Buraimi, Nizwa, Salalah, Muscat and Masira, 25 degrees in Ibri, Suhar, Ibra and Rustaq and 27 degrees in Sur.

The Oman Meteorology Department's forecast read, “Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with chances of medium and high clouds over northern governorates which may give isolated rain over Musandam governorate. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches over parts of Al Dahirah, Al Buraimi, South Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta governorates.

“Winds will be southeasterly and light to moderate over most of the Sultanate,” the forecast said.
