Muscat: Majlis Al Shura will allocate its fifth regular session of the first annual convening ( 2019-2020) of the ninth term (2019-2023) next Monday, for the eulogy of Late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said bin Taimour.
"This comes within the coordination made with the State Council on allocation of a regular session each for the eulogy of Late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said bin Taimour", said Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Nadabi, Secretary General of Majlis in a statement. "It is also a gratitude from members of Majlis and its Secretariat General for the royal care and attention Late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said bin Taimour accorded to Majlis, " he added.
The session which would be chaired by Chairman of Majlis would begin with recital of verses of the Holy Quran followed by delivery of speeches by some members of Majlis and a video presentation depicting the wise leadership and achievements of late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said bin Taimour.
