Parents seeking admission for their children into kindergarten sections in Omani private schools need to register online.
Children who are older than three years and two months can apply for admission for the KG1 term that begins on September 1, 2020.
While children aged at least four years and two months are eligible for admission into the KG2 term, which also begins on the same day.
“Registration requests are submitted through the Oman educational portal, which can be done by entering the Ministry of Education’s website, www.moe.gov.om. The child must have a civil number if he is Omani, there will be a need for a resident card, in the case of non-Omani children,” said the Ministry in a statement.
Registration for the new school term began on Sunday, January 5, and will end on Thursday, October 8, 2020.
