Earthquake in Iran, over 500 km away from Oman

Muscat: An earthquake occurred in southern Iran on Wednesday according to the official account of the Earthquake Monitoring Center.

The Center said in a statement: “An earthquake in southern Iran with magnitude of 4.6 ml, at 6:20 AM, and at a depth of 10 km. The earthquake was recorded 559 km away from Khasab.”
