Seminar on traffic safety held in Saham

Muscat: A seminar on traffic safety was held in the wilayat of Saham, North Al Batinah Governorate, within the activities and programmes of the Traffic Safety Committee in the wilayat on Tuesday.
The seminar was organised under the patronage of Dr Mohammed bin Nasser Al Za'abi, chairman of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology in the presence of Sheikh Awadh bin Abdullah Al Mantheri, Wali of Saham.
The seminar tackled the efforts of the Traffic Safety Committee to maintain traffic safety and the traffic awareness programmes and activities of the Committee aimed to limit traffic accidents among other issues.
The seminar has also seen the launch of the logo of the Traffic Safety Committee and an exhibition on traffic safety with the participation of the private sector and government departments.
