Light drizzles begin over Muscat with more rain predicted

Muscat: Inhabitants of Muscat and the surrounding areas can expect a very pleasant evening, as parts of the capital have begun to experience light drizzles, with more rain expected to follow later in the evening.

Oman’s Public Authority for Civil Aviation had forecast rain and fog over several parts of Oman. In addition to Muscat Governorate, the regions of Buraimi, North and South Batinah, Al Dakhiliyah, North and South Sharqiyah, Wusta, Dhofar, and the northern governorate of Musandam are expected to receive rainfall.

PACA had previously said that people could expect “Partly cloudy skies Over Musandam, Muscat North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah, Al Buraimi Governorates and Al Hajar mountains with chances of isolated rain and occasional thundershowers over Musandam Governorate.”
