Citizens and residents from Oman who are planning to take the road to Abu Dhabi will now be charged at their toll gates starting from today, Thursday, January 2, 2020.
This information was revealed by the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office on their official twitter account which was issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT).
It is to be noted that motorists who will pass through toll gates during off-peak hours will not be charged, the officials said. Drivers will be charged Dh4 only during the peak hours starting from 7am to 9am and from 5pm to 7pm, Saturday to Thursday.
